2018-19 Project
As businesses struggle with a reduced workforce, they have engaged in new and inventive ways to gain talented workers within the labor pool. In partnership with Thomas Golden, executive director of the Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability and a teaching faculty member for ILR Disability Studies, Kelly Clark is developing a new course that prepares students to design and implement inclusive work-based learning practices to support high school students with disabilities as they prepare for independent living after high school. The course is being developed in partnership with a work-based learning program jointly offered by Cornell and BOCES.
