Funding for Students

Whether you are an undergraduate, graduate or professional student, there is funding to support your community-engaged learning.


Grants

  • Public Issue Network Grants

    Funding teams who are creating or expanding networks around a shared issued of public concern

    • Funding: $30,000 maximum over 1-3 years
    • The application was due on January 18, 2022. This application is currently closed.

For undergraduates

  • Community-Engaged Leadership Program Funding

    Supporting individual students and student groups pursuing the Certificate in Community-Engaged Leadership

For all students

  • Serve in Place Fund

    Supporting students who are collaborating with communities in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

    • Funding: $1,000 maximum (funding details)
    • The application was due on March 21, 2022. The application for summer 2022 projects is closed.
  • Community-Engaged Student Travel Grants

    CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: Funding students who are spending winter, spring or summer break participating in community-engaged learning or community-based research activities.
